Marine Data Systems & Comar Systems to exhibit

Comar Systems and sister company Marine Data Systems, are pleased to announce we will both be attending the largest maritime exposition in the U.S. – Sea Air Space (SAS). We will be demonstrating our AIS products & capabilities, including the new COM100 lightweight receiver unit – A purpose-built, compact,  dual channel parallel synthesised AIS receiver, which is ideal for deployment in remote situations where space, weight and reliability are critical factors. Applications include unmanned UAV drones for sea skimming, coastal monitoring, ship surveying, surveillance and drone warfare.

Marine Data Systems will be showcasing their marine navigation products and capabilities, including their new MD75MFD with ShipWidget™. The two new products set out to help increase operational efficiencies across the vessel, by enabling crew access to vital ship’s information, all in one place, at any time and from anywhere on-board. Along with the ability to analyse this data at any remote location.

Overview of SAS – Sea Air Space Exhibition

The Navy League’s Sea-Air-Space Exposition was founded in 1965 as a means to bring the U.S. defense industrial base, private-sector U.S. companies and key military decision makers together for an annual innovative, educational, professional and maritime based event located in the heart of Washington, DC.  Sea-Air-Space is now the largest maritime exposition in the U.S. and continues as an invaluable extension of the Navy League’s mission of maritime policy education and sea service support.
