My AIS Receiver does not receive any messages / the connected plotter does not display any vessels.

Please make sure your device is connected to power and the green power LED is illuminated and your VHF antenna is connected properly.

All our AIS Receivers are equipped with a channel A and channel B LED which light up shortly each time a message is received. Please make sure you are in an area with some vessels around you (e.g. the next port or harbour). In some situations it can take minutes until a message is received.
